Betty Kay (Suttle) Biere

Betty Kay (Suttle) Biere, 65, of Beckley passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.

Born November 30, 1959 in Pax, WV she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine Wines Suttle.

Betty was a homemaker and worked some as a caregiver. In her leisure she enjoyed crocheting, sitting on the porch, and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her loving Husband of 44 years, Theodore Biere; brothers, Jimmy Suttle, Gary Suttle, David Suttle, and Randy Suttle

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving 4 children, Jason Biere of Beckley, WV, Jennifer (Evan) Dewey of Beckley, WV., Eric (Brittney) Biere of Mt. Hope, WV., and Amy (Jarred) Garis; 9 grandchildren, Caroline Biere, Micah Dewey, Josie Dewey, Kameron Biere, Kade Biere, Eden Biere, Gabriel Garis, Adelynn Garis, and Ethan Garis; siblings; James Suttle, Johnnie Suttle (Mary), Sarah Suttle and Diane Suttle (Aubrey Cook); nephew, Brett Wallace; and 2 nieces, Nikki Vanderhoff and Katie Vanderhoff.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Kilsyth Freewill Baptist Church in Mt. Hope with Pastor Dwayne Williams officiating. There will be a private burial for family only following the service,

Visitation for friends will be from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the church.

Pallbearers will be Zackary Underwood, Thomas Underwood, Carson Workman, Jarred Garis, Evan Dewey, and Kameron Biere.
