Betty Ann Elder Merritt , 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born July 17, 1939 at Sanger, WV she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Hessie Carle Burgess Elder.
She was a retired Secretary for the Fayette County Board of Education.
Services will be on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 1:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with with Rev. Steven Merritt officiating. Private entombment and committal service will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
