Born March 24, 1938 at Mount Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late Carlos and Edna Wilson Underwood.
Her husband, Oscar Meadows; daughter, Donna Meadows O'Bryan; sister, Maxine Britts; and brother, Howard Underwood preceded her in death.
Survivors include brothers, E.G. Underwood, Ned (Linda) Underwood and Delbert Underwood; sisters, Jackie Skaggs and Elizabeth Evans; and several nieces and nephews
In keeping with her wishes, Betty was cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
