Betty Pack Keith , 69, of Fayetteville, WV died on Sunday, October 09, 2016 at Ansted Center in Ansted, WV.
Born September 17, 1947 at Streeter, WV she was the daughter of the late James Wilson and Flora Meador Pack.
Betty was a member of the Beauty Mountain Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Brothers, Harold Pack and Jennings Pack; and sisters, Margaret Callaway, Dorothy Buckland and Lucinda Farley preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Keith; a brother, Sidney Pack of Maple Fork; numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Services will be on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Henry Bailess officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Following the service, Mrs. Keith will be cremated.
