Betty Jean Gregory Sutphin

Betty Jean Gregory Sutphin, 78, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, February 27, 2012 at her home. Born April 05, 1933 at Webster Springs, WV she was the daughter of the late James Currence and Effie Hamrick Gregory. She was a homemaker. Betty was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. Survivors include two sons, Allen L. Sutphin and wife, Patricia of Webster Springs and Mikell Sutphin of Austin, TX, daughter, Trish King of Oak Hill and two brothers, Clinton K. Gregory of Dayton, OH and Madison R. Gregory of Webster Springs. She is also survived by grandchildren, Stephanie King of Oak Hill, Wesley King of Jacksonville, FL, Jason Sutphin of Salem, VA and a great granddaughter, Kaylee Sutphin of Salem, VA. Funeral services will be on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 2:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens,Oak Hill.
