Betty Ann Evans Byrd , 64, of Mount Hope, WV died on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV. Born August 27, 1947 at Ingram Branch, WV she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Garnett Toney Evans. Mrs. Byrd was a member of the New Beginning Apostolic Church at Minden and a homemaker. A sister, Ruby Cox, brother, Gene Evans, brother-in-law, Billy Byrd, and son-in-law, Jackie Coffman preceded her in death. Survivors include five daughters, Sherry Siemiaczko and husband, Robert of Charleston, Sandra Coffman and fiance, Terry Milam of Mount Hope, Shelia Bragg and fiance, Bobby Johnson of Prudence, Kimberly Duncan and husband, Charles of Minden and Candace Wingate and fiance, Avery Munn of Mount Hope, her husband, Bobby Byrd, brother, Elmer Evans of Oak Hill, three sisters, Dorothy Settle of Mossy, Hazel Roman of Bradley and Shirley Byrd of Oak Hill, special friends, Michael Wingate and Tammy Lanham, seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Gene Evans and Rev. Freddie Parkins officiating. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
