Bessie L. Dove

Bessie Lillian Cox Dove, 83, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, April 05, 2006 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV following a short illness. Born May 21, 1922 at Brooklyn, WV she was the daughter of the late William Nelson and Eunice Mandy Alley Cox. Mrs. Dove was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Oak Hill, WV. She was the retired owner of Dove's Outlet in Oak Hill and a homemaker. Six sisters and three brothers preceded her in death. Survivors include husband, Everette Hueston Dove; three sons, Donald Clyde Dove of Scarbro, WV, Melvin Hueston Dove of Oak Hill, WV and Mark Edward Dove of Fayetteville, WV; two daughters, Rita Jeanette Snyder of Myrtle Beach, SC and Rebecca Jane Dunaway of Indiana; brother, Leonard Cox of Newark, DE; 5 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, April 7, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Saturday, April 8, 2006, at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
