Beatrice "Bea" Alice Berry Page , 92, of Oak Hill, WV died on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the home of her daughter in Springfield, VA. Born March 21, 1920 at Weirwood, WV she was the daughter of the late John and Cecilia Dunbar Berry. Bea attended Summerlee Grade School and was a 1939 graduate of Oak Hill High School. A retired bookkeeper she worked for Dr. W.P. Bittinger and for 26 years at New River Supply in Oak Hill. She was a former postmistress at Summerlee. She was a lifelong member of the Summerlee Presbyterian Church where she was a member of the Adult Bible Class, the choir and the Presbyterian Women and was a former Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed tennis, baseball and bowling and was a member of the Beckley Women's Bowling Association. She had bowled in both state and national tournaments.. She was preceded in death by her her husband of 63 years, Walter Page on Oct 11, 2003; a son, Donald R. Page; grandson, Brian D. Craft, Sr.; son-in-law, John Craft; brothers, William, James, John “Jack”, Howard and Harold "Dolly" Berry; and sisters, Nellie Robinson, Evelyn Wofford, Catherine Rackley and Elsie Neuman. Survivors include daughter, Nancy Craft of Springfield, VA,; daughter-in-law, Linda Page of Georgetown, KY; grandchildren: Tammy Craft of Wakefield, VA, Christie and David Wilder of Ft. Rucker, AL, Steven Page of Georgetown, KY, and Cari Craft of Springfield, VA; great grandchildren, Joseph Hardy, Tyler Page, Brian Craft, Jr., John Walter Craft, Brandon Patty and Nikki Wilder and many nieces and nephews Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, in Oak Hill with Rev, John McKinnon officiating . Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
