Barbara Ellen Skaggs

Barbara Ellen Skaggs, 39, of Kilsyth, WV died on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Appalachian Regional Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born April 06, 1969 at Beckley, WV she was the daughter of Delma Hundley Skaggs of Kilsyth, WV and the late Samuel Henry Skaggs. Ms. Skaggs was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Skaggs and three sisters, Connie Raines, Judy Bragg and Norma Skaggs. Additional survivors include one son, Jonathan Skaggs of Kilsyth; a daughter, Stephana Skaggs of Charleston and two brothers, Samuel Lee Skaggs and Don Louis Skaggs both of Kilsyth. Services will be on Monday, December 22, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Rev. Gene Evans officiating. Burial will be at Stanaford Cemetery, Stanaford WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope on Monday, December 22, 2008 from 1:15 PM to 2:00 PM.
