Arnold "Bill" Elswick

Arnold William "Bill" Elswick, 62, of Page, WV died on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at Veterans Administration Hospital in Beckley, WV following a short illness. Born August 16, 1941 at Charleston, WV he was the son of the late Thomas Edward and Ivy Pearl Blake Elswick. He was a Pipefitter and Plumber and a disabled coal miner. Mr. Elswick served in the US Navy during Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jerry Beatrice Buckner Elswick; daughter, Ruth Yvonne Fugate; sisters, Edna McMillon and Linda Withrow. Survivors include Stepsons: Glen Morris of Charleston Michael Swafford of Charleston Brothers: James Elswick of Shrewsbury Albert Elswick of Robson Joe Elswick of Page Sherman Lee Elswick of Dalton, GA Sisters: Joyce Lively of Kincaid Mary Turner of Page Brenda Davis of Myrtle Beach, SC Lois Burnside of Kincaid Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on Saturday, December 13, 2003, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. Services will be on Saturday, December 13, 2003, at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Malina Adkins and Bishop Marty Coggins officiating. Burial will be at Kincaid Cemetery, Kincaid WV.
