Arley L. Tincher, Sr., 75, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at his home. Born April 23, 1934 at Springdale, WV he was the son of the late Hazel and Bessie Tincher. Mr. Tincher was of the Baptist faith and was a retired steel mill welder having worked in Chicago. His first wife, Louvine Josephine (Tincher) Tincher, second wife, Mary Haggerd Tincher, son, Robert, granddaughter, Candy, sisters, Faye and Corey and brothers, Clarence, Jessie, Ray and Alvie preceded him in death. Survivors include three sons, Arley L. Tincher, Jr. and wife, Linda of Oak Hill, Buddy Tincher and wife, Norma of Union and Ronnie Tincher and wife, Tina of Scarbro; three daughters, Goldie Settle and companion, Almer of Hilltop, Bessie Smith and husband, Lloyd of Fayetteville and Kathy Dean of Oak Hill; stepson, Robert Humphrey of California; former wife, Virginia Higginbotham of Oak Hill; one brother, Benjamin Tincher of Rupert and three sisters, Dorothy Tincher of Charleston, Loretta Patrick of Sand Branch and Irene Donnally of Oak Hill. Twenty-one grandchildren and thirty-two great grandchildren also survive him. Graveside rites and committal service will be on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
