Arbutus Goodson Nutter

Arbutus Arthur Goodson Nutter, 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, November 02, 2008 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born May 19, 1929 at Sugar Creek, WV she was the daughter of the late George and Mamie Light Arthur. Mrs. Nutter was a member of the Brooklyn Community Church and a homemaker. Her first husband, Woodrow Goodson and second husband, Eugene Nutter both preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Gail Radford and husband, Tim C. of Oak Hill; Phyllis Jean Nutter and husband, Amos Lee of Beckwith and Linda Mae Goodson of Oak Hill; two sisters, Clara Eastman of Ansted and Leatrice Nutter of Oak Hill; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Services will be on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Randy McQuire officiating. Burial will be at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Amos Nutter, Dale Miller, Gary Bailes, Sr., Gary Bailes, Jr. and Tim Radford will serve as pallbearers.
