Anna R. Oxendale

Anna Rose Ferri Oxendale, 89, of Oak Hill, WV died Monday, December 4, 2006 at Mary's Garden at Hidden Valley, Oak Hill, WV. Born February 21, 1918 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Giovanni "Gennie" Pietrone Ferri. Her husband, James Robert "Bob" Oxendale preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, James Oxendale of Oak Hill, WV; two daughters, Barbara Neal of Morgantown, WV and Rita Allen of Hendersonville, TN; three sisters, Mary Kennedy and Fannie Jones both of Oak Hill, WV and Julie Hanson of Mobile, Ala; nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. A memorial Mass will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 9, 2006 at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sts Peter and Paul Catholic School, 123 Elmore Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
