Anna Marie Causey

Anna Marie Causey, 74, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, formerly of Harlan County, KY passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill. Born April 13, 1936 in Harlan County, she was self-employed and enjoyed gardening and collecting dolls. Anna Marie was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Mullins, her father, Benjamin Compagnari, a daughter, Wanda Causey Lambert, her former husband, Robert Causey, a brother, Willard Compagnari, a sister, Caroline Compagnari, and several other family members. Survivors include six children, Thomas Causey, Oak Hill, James Robert Causey, London, KY, Peggy Wynn, Ricky Causey, Rebecca Causey and Nancy Maupin, all of Lexington, KY, two sisters, Connie and Margie Compagnari, 68 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011, from 2 until 4 pm with funeral services at 4 pm in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home in Evarts, KY. Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.harlanobits.net .
