Ann Carroll "Dolly” Wilson Watson, 74, of Glen Jean, WV closed her eyes and took her last breath here on earth surrounded by family on Sunday, April 12, 2009 and woke up in the presence of our Lord. Born November 24, 1934 at Prudence, WV she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Helen Criss Wilson. Survivors include six sons, Sonny Watson and wife, Mary Jo of Michigan, Keith Watson and wife, Carol of Virginia, RicK Watson and wife, Christy of Gilbert, Bill Watson of Florida, Marvin Watson and wife, Caroline of Virginia and David Watson and wife, Mickie of Red Star; two brothers, Ronnie Wilson and wife, Kathy of New Jersey and Dwayne Wilson and wife, Edie of North Carolina; two sisters, Patsy Wilson and partner, Miriam of New Jersey and Jackie Hambrick and husband, Allen of Summersville; sixteen grandchildren,ten great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Dolly was a long-time member of the Harvey United Methodist Church and a pillar of her community. She raised her six sons by herself and after they were grown, she became a care-giving angel to many others. Dolly fought a long illness and suffered much through it but never lost her faith. She is now whole once again in the arms of our Lord. Services will be on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with officiating clergy J.P. Allen and C.W. Bloome. Burial will be at Hilltop Cemetery, Hilltop. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be her six sons accompanied by her grandsons.
