Aniceta "Ann" Maminta

Aniceta "Ann" Esguerra Maminta, 72, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, August 11, 2005 in Alitagtag, Batangas, Philippines. Born April 17, 1933 at Alitagtag, Batangas, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Moises and Manuela Esguerra. She was a former midwife in the Philippines. Mrs. Maminta was a member of the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill, WV and former member of the Ladies Guild. Her husband, Dr. Mauro U. Maminta, preceded her in death on Oct 6, 2003. Survivors include two sons, Manolo Maminta and wife, Bernadette, of Oak Hill, WV and Marlon Maminta and wife, Melina, of Oak Hill, WV; three sisters, Sabina Malicat, Adelina Aguila and Merlita Trinidad; one brother, Cres Esguerra and five grandchildren, Madison, Marianne, Malorie, Mauro Miguel and Manuel Maminta. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Friday, August 19, 2005, from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM with prayer service at 8:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 20, 2005, at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Oak Hill with Father John P. McDonough officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
