Andrew Sutton

Andrew Sutton, 84, of Fayetteville, WV died on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville, WV. Born May 11, 1924 in Kentucky he was the son of the late John and Willie Mae Bailey Sutton. He was a retired coal miner and served in the US Navy during World War II. His first wife, Arizona Dicken Sutton and a son, Scotty Sutton preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Elvie Mary Ewing Sutton; two sons, Paul Sutton and Darlene Poff of Page and Mark Sutton of Pontiac, IL and three daughters, Sandra Sherman and husband, Larry of Entiat, WA, Brenda Sutton of Wauseon, OH and Linda Welsh of Quincy, Michigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Robert Barley officiating. His cremains will be entombed will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Prosperity WV.
