Amber Lynn Jessmer Sitzer, age 30, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on August 8, 2021.
Born on August 17, 1990, in Brockport, NY, she was the daughter of Teresa Marie Weis Cooper (William) and the late Edward Vincent Jessmer.
She was preceded in death by sister, Mindy Berner and grandfather, Frank Weis, Sr.
Amber was a supermom, working as a manager at various places all while going to school and taking care of her kids. She attended Minden Missionary Baptist Church for many years.
Her memory will be cherished by husband, JD Sitzer; step-father, Doug Morgan; sons, Douglas Sitzer III and Brayden Sitzer; siblings, Collen Jessmer, Ashley Jessmer, Adam Jessmer, Cody Jessmer, Kristina McConnaughey, and Jess Morgan; and mother and father-in-law, Sandra and Douglas Sitzer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.
A visitation will be Monday, August 16th, 2021, at 12:00 Noon, at the Minden Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Ron Richards officiating. Burial at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens to follow.
Pallbearers will be Cody Jessmer, Adam Jessmer, Marshall Buckland, Josh Withrow, Daniel Green, and Robert Spack.
