Alice Marie Lopez West , 61, of Scarbro, WV died on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born June 21, 1953 at Scarbro, WV she was the daughter of the late Mary E. Lopez .
She was a retired custodian for the Fayette County Board of Education.
Alice liked fishing and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Her husband, Delmas Gene West preceded her in death on January 22, 2015. Two brothers, Roy Dale Lopez and Wayne Lopez and sister Tonya Lynn Lopez also preceded her.
Survivors include son, Greg Lopez, of Fairmont; two daughters, Tresa Feltner of Scarbro and Mary West of Scarbro; sisters, Junie King of Youngsville, NC, Rebecca Webber of Wrentham, MA and Lisa Ann Lopez of Burlington, NC; brothers, William Lopez, of Big Stone Gap, VA, Dwayne "Fuzzy" Parrish of Oak Hill and Teddy Parrish of Scarbro
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Jerry T. Snuffer, Hali Feltner, Travis Evans, Jacob Feltner, Anna Weaver, Noah Feltner, Nora Feltner, Dylan Lopez and Scottie Lopez and one great grandchild, Kacen Feltner.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM.
Jacob Feltner, Noah Feltner, Travis Evans, Ricky Lopez, Skip King, and Aaron Cody will serve as pallbearers with Hali Feltner, Anna Weaver and Nora Feltner as honorary pallbearers.
