Ada Catherine Johnson Ingles, 90, of Oak Hill, WV peacefully passed away on Monday, February 19, 2007 at Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born January 14, 1917 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Major Gwin and Maude Estell Stinnett Johnson. She was a retired cook for the Fayette County County school system. Catherine was a life long member of the First Brethren Church in Oak Hill holding numerous responsible positions including deaconess. Her caring faithfulness and loving support will be greatly missed. She was a member and former Worthy Matron of the Oak Hill Chapter #107 O.E.S. and an auxilary member of the United Mine Workers of America. The family wold like to extend their thanks to the dedicated nurses, CNAs and all the staff at Hidden Valley Nsg. & Rehab Center and to her physician, Dr. Dan Doyle for their care and support. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Edward Ingles, three brothers, Richard Johnson, Frank Johnson and Major E. "Bud" Johnson and four sisters, Grace Hess, Margaret Kemlock, Mary Hamilton and Merle Twiggs. Survivors include one son, Thomas Edward Ingles and wife, Ellen of Fayetteville, WV; one daughter, Linda Faye Ingles Moseley and husband, John of San Antonio, TX and a brother, Bernard Johnson of Oak Hill, WV. She is also survived by her beloved grandons, Thomas Z. Ingles of Charleston, WV, John E. Ingles of Charleston, WV and James R. Ingles of Fayetteville, WV. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. William Skeldon officiating. Burial will be at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville WV.
