Jeremy Micheal Barker

Our beloved Jeremy Micheal Barker, 38, of Oak Hill died Sunday May 24, 2015 at his residence.
Born May 1, 1977 at Beckley, WV he was the son of Larry W. and Debra J. Sutphin Barker of Oak Hill.
Jeremy was a sales associate in the automotive department at WalMart in Fayetteville.
He was a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, an Eagle Scout, loved animals to include woodpeckers, owls, and pets and enjoyed playing his computer games.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Christine Barker; by his maternal grandmother, Beverly Sutphin; and by a uncle, Roger Dale Sutphin.
Jeremy leaves behind a loving family which in addition to his parents includes his sister, Sarah M. Barker and companion Jeremy Skaggs of Oak Hill and maternal grandfather, Billy F. Sutphin of Hilltop.
Also surviving are his aunts, Dianna Barker of Daniels, Laurie Fuller and husband Darrell of Hilltop and Traci Johnson and husband Danny of Oak Hill; uncle, John E. Barker of Daniels; and several other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, with Rev. Darrell Fuller officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2015.
